Mr Vinaya Tripathi
He began his career in the Merchant Navy, where he served as an officer for seven years. After his marriage, he pursued an MBA in Marketing, which led him to a career in the insurance sector as an advisor with a multinational brand. His dedication and performance earned him several international awards. As he moved up within the company, he won both national and international accolades, ultimately becoming the Regional Manager for two states.
Seeking new challenges, he transitioned to the real estate industry and received training under the expert guidance of Mr. S.K. Garg at Eldeco. He then founded his own company, "Kaashvi," named after my daughter, and successfully delivered three projects under this banner. After the challenges posed by the pandemic, he moved to Dubai, where he established my own real estate company.
Upon returning to India, He rebranded his ventures under "Kaashvi Group," which now includes three distinct companies: Kaansh Developers (focused on real estate development and brokerage), Tvashtar Infra Developer (specializing in civil construction and power projects), and Kaashvi Agro (dedicated to aquaculture and organic farming).
Throughout his career, ha has continually embraced new opportunities, adapted to different industries, and led my companies to success.
